Abnormal operation of transformer and emergency treatment
Operational irregularities. When any abnormal phenomena are found in the operation of the transformer (such as oil leakage, insufficient oil level height in the oil pillow, abnormal heating, abnormal sound, etc.), they should be eliminated. In any of the following cases, the repair should be stopped immediately.
(1) The internal sound is loud, uneven, and has a popping sound.
(2) Under normal cooling conditions, the temperature is abnormal and keeps rising.
(3) Oil pillow injection or explosion-proof pipe injection.
(4) The oil level is lowered below the limit on the oil level indicator due to oil leakage.
(5) The color of the oil changes too much, and carbon appears in the oil.
(6) The casing is seriously damaged and discharged.
